Norman Christy joined the company in 1953 - was Articled to the late George Hay and qualified in 1959. He became a partner in 1967 - Senior Partner in 1974 and is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Scotland.

Paul Ventham qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Stanley A. Spofforth & Company in 1971 and subsequently spent eighteen months with Coopers & Lybrand. He joined George Hay & Company in 1972 and became a partner in 1975. Paul is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Michael Davis qualified as a Certified Accountant in 1992 in Oxford before spending five years as a partner in a small London practice.  He joined George Hay & Company in 2001 and became a partner in 2002.  Michael is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants.

Paul Craik commenced his career as an Inspector of Taxes and subsequently expanded his experience in the Tax Departments of three different Chartered Accountancy practices including two international firms, one of which was Arthur Young now Ernest & Young. Paul joined George Hay & Company in 1982 and became a Partner in 1994. He is qualified both as a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a member of the Institute of Taxation.
